Bishop Paul Riley’s commitment to youth spans decades. He began coaching boys and girls aged 3 to 12 and later founded Agape Basketball Camp. He then launched a mentoring program for adolescent boys, helping them navigate teenage challenges with purpose. Bishop Paul now mentors university and professional athletes and serves youth across Windsor, Ontario.
His services include mentorship programs, youth empowerment sessions, and development of life-skill programs. He has built successful initiatives for at-risk youth featuring teaching, counseling, sports, and culinary classes. Bishop Paul’s goal is to help every young person recognize their worth and unlock their potential.
Bishop Paul Riley has provided strong ministerial leadership for over three decades. He founded Bishop Paul Riley Ministries at just 19 years old and began serving as an interim pastor for Baptist and Methodist churches. In 1999, he became the senior pastor of his first church, and currently leads New Life Fellowship after 26 years. His service includes mentoring young pastors, conducting leadership seminars and workshops, and preaching with deep spiritual and organizational insight.
Bishop Riley holds both a Doctorate of Theology and was consecrated as Bishop in 2019. He currently serves as the Assistant Bishop for the Ontario Diocese Fellowship International, under his father Presiding Bishop Lionel Bruce Riley. His ministerial leadership is further marked by his musical gifting and healing ministry, bringing holistic care to congregations.
Bishop Paul Riley is deeply rooted in personal ministry and family life. He has been married to Lady Sheri Riley for 31 years and together they serve with their two children in key areas of the church. Bishop Riley’s ministry is characterized by balance—managing pastoral duties, family leadership, and a career in general employment while upholding the principle that “family is the first ministry.”
His service includes counseling, pastoral care in hospitals and community spaces, and spiritual guidance for families and individuals. He has also served as Jurisdictional Youth President for Ontario COGIC and spent 13 years as Foreign Youth Director on the national level, showing his deep commitment to mentorship and outreach.
